delivery terms

We offer and deliver exclusively in accordance with the general terms and conditions of AVALUXE International GmbH.

Any liability of AVALUXE International GmbH for delay, quality defects or for other legal reasons is excluded, unless liability is mandatory under the Product Liability Act or in the case of intent, gross negligence, the lack of guaranteed properties or the violation of essential contractual obligations.

The sole place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising directly or indirectly from the contractual relationship is Fürth, Germany.

​

German law applies to the contractual relationships to the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
